Preparation Guidelines

Fan oven: 12-14 minutes at 180°C, gas mark 4. Turn once. Air fryer: 4-6 minutes at 200°C. Frying pan: 8-10 minutes on a medium heat. Turn every now and then.  Heating instructions are based on the defrosted product. Ensure the product is piping hot before consumption. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and use within 3 days.

Ingredients

Legumes (33% lentil, soyabean), wheat flour, water, sunflower oil, dried date, carrot, vinegar, oat flakes, dried vegetables (sweet pepper, leek), pea protein, salt, spices, potato starch, thickener methyl cellulose, garlic purée, psyllium, mineral (ferrous fumarate) and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

Allergies

Contains soya, wheat, gluten and oat. Prepared in a facility that handles allergens including nuts.

Storage

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once 5°C and use within 3 days.
