Overview

This thin-crust pizza is topped with two types of mozzarella, gorgonzola and smoked provola, for the ultimate indulgence. It has an authentic Neopolitan crust and is made with 48-hour fermented pizza dough. Oven cooks in 10 minutes.

Preparation Guidelines

All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. To oven cook: Defrost the pizza for 10 minutes. Remove the plastic film. Preheat the oven to 200°C, gas mark 6. Place the pizza directly on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes. The pizza is ready to serve when the cheese has melted, turned golden and the base is the desired colour. Ensure the pizza is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Pizza dough (wheat flour, sunflower oil, yeast, salt, water), pizza sauce (tomato pulp, olive oil, sugar, basil leaves), mozzarella cheese (pasteurised cow’s milk, microbiological rennet, starter culture), ciliegine mozzarella cheese (cow’s curd), smoked provola (lactic starter, vegetable rennet), gorgonzola and dried oregano leaves.

Storage

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated below 5°C and cook within 3 days.
